Training

                                Residential Training:

At Nookshot gundogs we can train your gundog to your own specific needs from basic obedience to full training while your dog boards with us at our comfortable, secure, clean kennels.

We have a training pen for more advanced training and steadying of your dog to the flush of live game. The pen is fully stocked with rabbits and pheasants.

We are able to give your dog all the experience they need to become a well behaved, capable shooting companion.

£105.00 per week  

 One to one lessons:

Your first lesson will be an assesment so that John can structure a training plan so we can reach your required goals.

Returning for lessons weekly or fortnightly, doing your "home work" in between we will be able to help you reach the level of training you require in the shooting field.

£25.00 per session           

Group Training:

Lessons can be tailored as the one to ones, to help you in any way you need.

Training days on Game:

Every year we run several rough shooting days to help our clients with the tricky task of introducing their dogs to game.

We can also run days to help in a variety of other ways where the dogs are more important than the shooting and iron out any problems you have.

We are also available to attend your shoot day with you to help you with any problem you maybe having.
